Spreading the cost of your order

Bodyboard Center offers payment in instalments through Klarna, our instalment payment partner. Everything else about your order — preparation, shipping, warranties — works exactly as with a standard payment.

How to use it

Select Klarna among the payment methods when you pay for your order. The details of the offer are then displayed on screen: the number of instalments, the amount of each one and the debit dates are shown to you before you confirm anything.

Payment in instalments is subject to conditions and to Klarna’s approval. Its availability depends in particular on your cart total and your delivery country: if it does not appear at checkout, your order is not eligible for it.

Who handles what

The instalment agreement is between you and Klarna, who pays Bodyboard Center for your order and then collects your instalments. Any question about your instalments, your payment schedule or your file is handled directly with Klarna, using the contact details in the documents they send you.

Any question about your order — products, delivery, returns, warranty — is handled with us, using the details given in article 11 of the terms and conditions of sale. A return or a refund remains governed by our returns policy, whatever payment method was used.
