Core & Construction

At the heart of this board lies the Quantum PFS-T core, built with a 1.9 lb Polypropylene core that is 100% waterproof. It delivers instant recoil, superior projection, optimized longitudinal stiffness, and exceptional compression resistance. The PFS-T construction incorporates two high-density foam layers on either side of the central stringer, aligned with the rider's hand, elbow, and hip contact points — maximizing dynamic load, flex response, and wave projection.

Quad Concave

The AKU CNC precision-shaped Quad Concave is engineered for speed and control through two complementary systems:

• A central Double Concave that channels laminar flow and increases speed through the bottom turn.
• Outer Venturi channels that accelerate water flow toward a narrower exit, generating more drive and control through every maneuver.

3DC Deck Contour

The 3DC (Three-Dimensional Contour) deck is CNC-molded to follow the natural ergonomics of the rider's body. The sculpted surface reduces pressure points, improves grip positioning, and ensures a more connected, fatigue-free feel during long sessions — giving riders a more intuitive and responsive riding experience.

WiFly Deep V Tail

The board features the WiFly Deep V tail, an evolved version of the classic WiFly design. The tips are positioned closer to the rails, longer and more voluminous, adding significant surface area to the tail for enhanced hold and release. Note: VS recommends sizing up half an inch compared to your usual bodyboard length.

Structural Reinforcement
