At its core, VS has redesigned the Quad Concave, CNC-machined by Aku, to align perfectly with the angled stringers of the PFS-T Gen 3 Kinetic PP system. This tapered concave geometry generates hydrodynamic lift through the tail, translating into explosive exit speed out of turns without compromising rail control. The PFS-T system features dual Divinycell stringers angled at 1° from tail to nose, positioned in line with the rider's key contact points — hand, elbow, and hip — for maximized flex, rebound, and wave acceleration.

Structural stiffness is further enhanced by a carbon CFT stringer and a diamond-pattern React Mesh layer between the core and slick. The WaveCushion PE 8 lb deck with CNC-molded 3DC Contour ergonomics ensures a natural, fatigue-free riding position, while Nose Bulbs and Bull Grips deliver superior front-end control. XFL Nose & Tail Armour and lateral bumpers add long-lasting durability.

The 1mm DuPont Surlyn slick (with IXPE + IXPP layers) provides a fast, smooth glide, and the Crescent tail offers the ideal balance of versatility and precision. Every detail is finished with Buzz-Tech lamination for a clean, high-performance bond.
