It was last December 19th: the premiere of Young and the Restless 2 at the Bodyboard Center.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Pride Bodyboards brand, five pro riders from Pride and Nymph were featured in the film: Tristan Roberts, Matias Díaz, Ethan Capdeville, Steph Kokorelis, and Liam Lucas. Together, they delivered an exceptional level of bodyboarding.
This new film echoes the brand’s very first feature-length movie, The Young and the Restless, released 25 years ago.
Over 25 minutes, we travel through four iconic bodyboarding spots: Les Landes, Australia, Nazaré, and the Azores.
Directed by Sébastien Boulard, the film offers an intense immersion into the world of bodyboarding — 25 minutes of pure spectacle to thank fans for their support over the years.
Ethan Capdeville was present to introduce the premiere. A board was even up for grabs.
The vibe at the Bodyboard Center lived up to the occasion: cold beers, barbecue, and a good dose of shared passion — just the way we like it.
